| The “IMPERIAL” range of Vintage
Style Vehicles have been developed by John Barlow and David Chapman,
who, between them, have over 40 years experience within the specialist
car market. |

The range of vehicles will consist of a
Vintage Style Limousine, Hearse, Van, Pick-up and Chassis Cab. All
having the same family resemblance and will be introduced during the
course of 2009.
They will be available as complete Turn-Key Vehicles or Part-Built
for customers to finish. The exception to this is the Hearse which will
be available as a bespoke complete vehicle only.

| The vehicles will be built on the
chassis and running gear of a London taxi, making them extremely robust,
economical to run, and reliable in service.
